At Iron Planet Studio, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Refunds

• Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you within 3 business days.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with a photo of the item and we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
